Our Story
It started because shooting tarps kept letting us down
Every hockey player knows the moment. The shooting tarp rips, the bungees break, and you end up replacing it after a week or two of use.
Pro Habits was built out of that frustration, by a hockey player who actually understands.
So we changed how a shooting tarp gets made.
We're not trying to build the biggest hockey brand. We're trying to build the one players trust. That's why every product goes through several rounds of testing before it launches.

Designed around the shot
Pockets placed where goals are scored
We built the product off real NHL data on where goals are actually scored, then formed the pockets around it.
So when you take a shot, you're aiming at the spots that matter.
How we build it
Four things we won't cut corners on
Every detail comes back to one goal: a tarp you don't have to replace after two weeks. Here is what that takes.
- 01
In-house, in the USA
We build all of our straps in-house in the USA, so we control production.
- 02
Reinforced twice
Every single tarp is reinforced twice with heavy-duty webbing and thread.
- 03
Heavy-duty vinyl
Made from heavy-duty 22 oz vinyl, built to take thousands of shots from real hockey pucks.
- 04
Backed by us
30-day returns and a 90-day limited warranty on our shooting tarp, plus real people to talk to.
