Return & Refund Policy

At Pro Habits Hockey, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you experience an issue with your Pro Habits Shooting Tarp, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

• Be unused and in its original condition.
• Be free from damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or normal wear and tear.
• Include all original components and packaging when possible.

To start a return, please email support@prohabitshockey.co with your order number and the reason for your return. Please do not send your item back until you have received return instructions.

Return Shipping

If you are returning your tarp because you changed your mind or ordered the wrong item, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, Pro Habits Hockey will provide a replacement or cover the cost of return shipping.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error, a defective product, or shipping damage.

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If your tarp arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery by emailing support@prohabitshockey.co. Include your order number and photos of the damage so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective, damaged, or if we shipped the incorrect product.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

• Products that have been used or installed.
• Products damaged through misuse, improper installation, or normal wear and tear.
• Clearance or final sale items (if applicable).
• Gift cards.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled for a full refund before production or shipment begins.

Because our Pro Habits Shooting Tarps are made to order, we cannot accept cancellations once production has started or the order has shipped.
