Shipping Policy

At Pro Habits Hockey, we're committed to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after they are placed. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping

We currently offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders within the continental United States.

Most orders are shipped via UPS Ground, and delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after your order has been processed.

Please note that delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

At this time, Pro Habits Hockey only ships within the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active after the shipping label has been created.

Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate before placing your order.

If you need to update your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible at support@prohabitshockey.co. We can only make changes before your order has shipped.

Pro Habits Hockey is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your package is lost, arrives damaged, or appears to be missing, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at support@prohabitshockey.co.

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and help resolve it as quickly as possible.

Shipping Delays

While we do our best to ensure your order arrives on time, occasional delays caused by weather, carrier issues, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control may occur. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
