What kind of player would benefit?
This is built for players of all ages and levels — from youth to professional.
There’s a lot of misinformation around sticks. Advice gets passed down from coaches, parents, and pro shops, and most players end up sticking with whatever flex or curve they chose years ago without ever re-evaluating it.
I’ve seen professional players change their stick setup after 10 years and see huge improvements almost immediately. The more accurate information you have about your own game, the better decisions you can make — and the more confident you’ll be in your equipment.
What do we actually cover?
We break down your position, shot type, strength, current stick specs, and scoring tendencies. From there, we dial in your ideal length, flex, curve, lie, and kickpoint.
Do I need to send game footage?
Game or practice clips help, but they’re not required. If you have video, we’ll use it. If not, we’ll ask the right questions to get what we need.
What if I already like my current stick?
That’s perfect. We’ll evaluate what you’re currently using and determine if it’s helping you or if certain tweaks can be made to increase performance.
How is this different from a store fitting?
Most pro shops recommend what’s popular or what’s currently considered “top of the line.” The highest-end sticks are often the most expensive, and recommendations can lean in that direction.
This session is different. It’s built entirely around the type of player you are. We go deeper into your position, mechanics, tendencies, and scoring style to determine what actually fits your game — not just what’s trending or sitting on the rack.
Do I get something after the session?
Yes. You’ll leave with a clear recommendation on your ideal specs, plus notes you can reference when buying your next stick.
