Our 1-Year Limited Warranty is designed to cover normal residential and personal use of the Pro Habits Shooting Tarp.
Commercial & High-Volume Use: Training facilities, hockey programs, teams, and other commercial settings can put a much higher volume of pucks on a tarp than a typical home setup. Even the heaviest vinyl will naturally begin to wear after taking tens of thousands—or even 100,000+—puck impacts.
Because of this, our standard 1-year warranty may not apply in the same way to extremely high-volume commercial use. If you ever have an issue, please reach out to us. We’ll work with you to understand the situation and do our best to find a fair solution.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, incorrect installation, alterations, or damage unrelated to normal hockey training.
